2004 KME Renegade (100' Rear-Mount Aerial)

Ladder 3 Overview:

Ladder 3 is a 2004 KME Renegade rear-mount aerial ladder truck stationed at Eagle Truck Company No. 3, located at 3 Legion Place. This 100-foot aerial device is a critical resource for structure fires, providing vertical access for rescue, roof ventilation, and master stream deployment. The apparatus features a spacious truck company body with full-size ground ladders, power saws, ventilation fans, and forcible entry tools. Designed for both urban and residential response, Ladder 3 can rapidly deploy to tight locations and elevate crews to roofs, upper floors, or rooftops with ease. As the only aerial in the department’s fleet, it frequently responds borough-wide for all significant structure fires and technical rescues.
