At the North Arlington Fire Department, our mission goes far beyond responding to emergencies. We are a full-service department committed to protecting life, property, and the well-being of everyone who lives in, works in, or visits our community. Below is an overview of the services we currently provide:
Fire Response
We respond 24/7 to structure fires, hazardous conditions, and other emergencies with trained personnel and advanced equipment ready to protect life and property.
Rescue Services
We handle vehicle extrications, water rescues, and other technical emergencies requiring specialized training, equipment, and rapid response.
Medical Aid
Our members are trained in basic life support and first aid, with the ability to perform CPR for civilians and pets, on the fireground.
Station Visits
During station visits, visitors may learn more about how the Department operates, see the equipment we use on the fireground and learn more about joining the ranks.
Fire Prevention
Our fire prevention team works to proactively reduce and eliminate fire hazards within our community through a combination of public education, risk assessments, property inspections, code enforcement.
Event Standbys
For public gatherings and special events, we offer standby crews to ensure rapid on-site response and increased safety for attendees and staff.
